One of Compton rapper ‘s most popular songs to date guises itself as a social activism anthem. “FDT” is an anti-Trump record, performed by YG and , and it has become significantly resonant to the rapper’s brand. After everything that he has witnessed in recent weeks, it looks like the sequel is on the way. However, YG is aiming his lyrical weapons at a force more widespread than Donald Trump.

“#FUCKTHEPOLICE this week,” wrote YG on social media, posting a copy of his cover art, which is very understated. The artwork has the three letters “FTP” and a parental advisory sticker.

The announcement has already been co-signed by the likes of and Ohgeesy from Shoreline Mafia.

Although YG did not specify the date of the release, it’s likely that it will be out at the end of this week. If he doesn’t care about charting figures, he may go for a release earlier in the week for larger impact.
