Marco claims that he’s been working with Rich The Kid since October 2017 which seems to be around the time he released “New Freezer.” Marco and Rich The Kid had a payment plan in order for the numerous necklaces, pendants, and Patek watches that the rapper ordered. Though the rapper was keeping up with his tabs, the money stopped coming in and the bills kept piling on, Marco claims. Marco is suing Rich The Kid for $234,800 — the remainder of the money that he’s owed.

This is, unfortunately, not the only lawsuit filed against Rich The Kid in recent times. The rapper was sued by Blueprint Artist Group, his management company, for $3.5M over claims that he breached agreements in their contract. Blueprint Artist Group said that the rapper also screwed them out of over $3.5M from fees since they began to work with him.
