Offset Named In Stylist’s Lawsuit Against Quavo & Takeoff For Allegedly Stealing $80K In Clothing

Stylist company Luka Lorena has included Offset in an ongoing lawsuit against Takef, Quavo and manager Daniel Zook over Migos allegedly not paying for almost $80,000 worth designer clothing.

Lorena first filed suit against Takef (real name Kirshnik Ball) and Quavo (Quavious Marshall) in March, alleging breach contract, conversion and conspiracy to convert property. According to Bossip, the company added Offset in a new filing this week.

In the latest documents, Lorena principal Alicia Allicock said Offset refused to provide his social security number for file the company’s taxes and rendered it unable to do so, so he’s also at fault.

Per Allicock, Lorena allegedly had an arrangement with Quavo and Takef where it would purchase thousands dollars worth luxury clothing for Migos upon their approval. The platinum-selling rappers would then reimburse the company and pay a styling fee 20 percent. Lorena says they made good on the agreement in April 2019, but things went downhill just two months later when her company billed Quavo for $34,000.

Allicock claims Zook began making excuses on behalf the rapper before disappearing completely. Quavo was photographed wearing one the Chanel pieces at the 2019 Rolling Loud Festival shortly afterward. Lorena alleges similar happenings with Takef and Zook.

In its suit, Lorena says Migos “used their agents to stonewall and intimidate” the company. The rappers still have yet to pay the $35,625.42 Takef owes and the $44,294.33 Quavo owes.

Lorena’s documents also allege the company helped the trio succeed beyond dressing them, noting it was responsible for getting them into Virgil Abloh’s first Louis Vuitton fashion show in Paris and for inspiring Quavo to start a non-prit organization.

The company is seeking its money back, along with punitive damages and lawyer’s fees.
