NLE Choppa wants his new single “Shotta Flow 5” to get more support than anything Tekashi 6ix9ine’s doing. The 17-year-old rapper called on fans to back the fifth entry in his “Shotta Flow” series Twitter on Friday (June 12).

“I better get mo love than a Rat I know that #NLE,” he wrote. “SHOTTA FLOW 5.”

Unsurprisingly, Choppa’s jab caught the attention 6ix9ine. The controversial artist dismissed Choppa as a poor man’s version YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

“This bum is a wanna be nba young boy,” 6ix9ine opined Instagram.

Choppa’s “Shotta Flow 5” hit digital streaming platforms at midnight and was followed up with a video directed by Cole Bennett. As Friday afternoon, the visuals have more than 820,000 views on YouTube. An audio upload the song has surpassed 640,000 views.

Barring a dramatic increase in interest, Choppa’s video won’t be coming close to racking up the same numbers as 6ix9ine’s latest visuals. Following its midnight release, 6ix9ine’s “TROLLZ” video attained 29 million views as Friday afternoon. The Nicki Minaj-assisted song also hit No. 1 on YouTube’s trending section.
