Mike Alrue’s Countless Releases Make Him One Of The Most Prolific International Composers In Today’s Music Industry

International composer Mike Alrue has proven over the course of his extensive career that he is one of today’s most prolific composers with thousands of jingles composed for advertisements, more than 25 movie and documentary scores, and six albums: “Logos”, “Vida Nueva”, “Tales from the Piano”, “Light Years”, “Tomorrow Found Me Dreaming” and “Monsoon”. 

Born in Spain before moving to Mexico and again to the United States where he today resides, Alrue composes music that can belong in almost any musical genre you could think of, from classical music to new age and acoustic rock, and from ethnic jazz to contemporary gospel. 

His work as a composer of the soundtrack for the animated series “Captain Cousteau” was a dream come true for Alrue, who always dreamt of meeting Captain Jacques Cousteau, since he studied hydrobiology in University, and is a passionate scuba diver.
