Megan Thee Stallion responds to “salacious accusations” in lawsuit from former cameraman

Megan Thee Stallion has issued a response through her lawyer after being accused of harassment and creating a hostile work environment in a lawsuit filed by Emilio Garcia, who said he worked for the rapper. Speaking to Page Six, Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, said, “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”

Garcia, who said he began working as a cameraman for the rapper around July of 2018, claims in the lawsuit that he was riding in an SUV with Megan and three other women, and says that Megan “and one of the other women started having sex right beside [him].” He also says that Megan made “fat-shaming comments” towards him after the alleged incident, and that he “noticed a change in how he was treated and saw a decrease in the number of bookings he received.” Eventually, he says, he was “unexpectedly” told in June of 2023 that “his services would no longer be required by” Megan.
