When it comes to hip-hop music, they hardly touch upon the soft spot of listeners’ hearts as the medium exudes different kinds of energy. However, that’s not the case with Pronto as the rising rapper does both; evoke an authentic hip-hop energy and resonate with the emotional side of us with his powerful music. His latest release is another mellow composition that proves just how capable the Tenneesse rapper really is, called “I’m Done.”

Last year when asked how he writes his music, Pronto said “I always try not to have an agenda, I just let my ideas flow and put them into songs.” He continued, “there are many ways to work but I feel comfortable doing it that way.” At the very last part of the interview, Pronto said that he has many new projects that he’s already eager to take out on the street– and now we know what he was referring to. 

“I’m Done” is a beautiful track that leaves any listener wondering about their own struggles and how they can take some action to overcome them, which is what Pronto wants out of his music–healing approach.
