Blondshell Announces New Era with 'Heart Has To Work So Hard' and Massive 2026 Tour

Blondshell has officially launched a new chapter in her career with the release of her latest single, ‘Heart Has To Work So Hard’. Alongside the new music, the Los Angeles-based musician—born Sabrina Teitelbaum—has announced her most expansive tour to date, covering North America, Europe, and the UK.

The track serves as the first glimpse into an upcoming album. With her signature monotone delivery and incisive lyricism, Teitelbaum explores the complexities of a fraying friendship, capturing the exhaustion of maintaining a difficult dynamic. “It’s about pain and confusion,” Teitelbaum explained. “No one trains you for the ups and downs of a friendship between two women, but it’s also about a love so enduring that you find compassion no matter what.”

This release follows her 2025 output, including the tracks ‘If You Asked For A Picture’ and ‘Another Picture’. Her previous work was widely acclaimed for its sharp, impactful storytelling, and this new single continues that trajectory while signaling a shift in focus toward the nuanced spaces between her narratives.

The tour announcement marks a significant milestone for the artist. Her North American leg begins on October 14 in San Diego, concluding in Boston on November 7. Following this, she will head to the UK for her largest headline show to date at London’s Roundhouse in December. She will be joined on select dates by Bully, Starcleaner Reunion, Prewn, TTSSFU, and Theatre.
