Vince Staples’ Netflix series arrives in February (watch trailer)
Back in 2022, it was revealed that Vince Staples was getting his own sitcom on Netflix, based on his life. Netflix has now shared the first trailer for The Vince Staples Show, which comes out on February 15. The action-filled teaser features Rick Ross (who offers Vince lemon-pepper wings), and Andrea Ellsworth, who is a guest star on the five-episode series. The cast also includes Vanessa Bell Calloway, and cameo appearances from Naté Jones, Arturo Castro, Scott MacArthur, Bryan Greenberg, and Myles Bullock.
A synopsis for the show reads, “In the limited comedic series, [Staples’] thrust into adventures while navigating life as a kind of famous, kind of rich, kind of criminal (but not really) rapper. Unfortunately, anything that can go wrong usually does.”
