OLIVER TREE / FIDLAR
The goofy-looking and increasingly-famous alt-pop guy Oliver Tree has announced a 2024 headlining North American tour in support of his just-released third album Alone In A Crowd, with support from hard-partying garage punks FIDLAR. That includes NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom on January 26.
MITSKI
Mitski released her fantastic new album The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We last month, and so far has played some intimate acoustic shows supporting it. She’s now announced a full North American tour for the album, beginning in January in Miami and wrapping up with a pair of Nashville shows in April. Tamino, Sunny War, Julia Jacklin, and Sarah Kinsley each open select shows.
SLEATER-KINNEY
Sleater-Kinney’s 11th album is out in January, and their North American tour supporting it begins the next month.
TORRES
Mackenzie Scott has announced a new TORRES album, What an enormous room, and an accompanying 2024 tour.
CHERRY GLAZERR
Cherry Glazerr, whose first album in four years was released last week, have announced the “Touch of Chaos Tour” that has them out across the US in early 2024 with Wombo and Ex-Pilots.
FRANK CARTER & THE RATTLESNAKES
Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes will release a new album, Dark Rainbow, on January 26, and they’ll be on tour in June, hitting Nashville, Chicago, Toronto, Philly, NYC (Gramercy Theatre on 5/21), and DC.

DRAIN & HIGHER POWER OPENING FOR NECK DEEP
Two of the best bands in the current hardcore scene, Drain and Higher Power, are gearing up to open Welsh pop punk band Neck Deep‘s 2024 US headlining tour. The tour also features Canadian pop punks Bearings and it supports Neck Deep’s upcoming self-titled fifth album, due January 19 via Hopeless.
KHANATE
Drone metal vets Khanate surprise-released their first album in 14 years last year, and now they announced their first show in 19 years.
MEET ME @ THE ALTAR
Pop-punk trio Meet Me @ The Altar are continuing to tour in support of this year’s debut album Past // Present // Future. They’ve just announced the Say It To My Face tour with Honey Revenge, John Harvey, and Elliot Lee joining at various points, kicking off January 19 in Orlando. The NYC stop is Irving Plaza on January 25.
DEXYS (MIDNIGHT RUNNERS)
Dexys, Kevin Rowland’s current incarnation of Dexys Midnight Runners, were set to embark on their first North American tour in 40 years later this month, but it has now been canceled.
GIRL RAY
London band Girl Ray begin their first US tour in five years with a BrooklynVegan-presented show at NYC’s The Sultan Room on 10/20, and we’re giving away tickets.
RICHARD CHEESE & LOUNGE AGAINST THE MACHINE
Kitschy group Richard Cheese & Lounge Against the Machine have added a couple dates to their tour schedule: NYC’s Gramercy Theatre on November 29 and L.A.’s Dynasty Typewriter on January 17. They will also be bringing the cheese to Seattle, Las Vegas, and more.

JIM GAFFIGAN
Jim Gaffigan is on his “Barely Alive” tour now, and in November he’ll be doing co-headline shows with Jerry Seinfeld. He’s also just announced 2024 dates.
SHABAZZ PALACES
Shabazz Palaces just released a new single featuring O Finess and plays NYC tonight (10/3) at Mercury Lounge. They’ll also play LA’s LA3C Music and Food Festival at Theater at Ace Hotel on November 12, and My Morning Jacket’s One Big Holiday at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in April.

THE VELDT
Shoegaze vets The Veldt are getting ready to release their lost debut album and have announced an extensive tour this fall, including stops in Nashville, Dallas, Austin (Levitation Fest), New Orleans, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle and more.
RURAL ALBERTA ADVANTAGE
Canadian indie folk vets Rural Alberta Advantage will be on tour in early 2024. West Coast dates are in February with Mariel Buckley, with the rest of the continent happens in March with Julianna Riolino including a NYC show at Racket on 3/29.
MAHALIA
British musician Mahalia has announced the In Real Life Tour that hits North America in February and March. She’ll play NYC’s Irving Plaza on 3/17.
TEEN MORTGAGE
DC post-punks Teen Mortgage are playing a couple US shows–Baltimore with CIVIC on 10/6 and Ridgewood, NY’s TV Eye on 10/17 with Pink Mexico, Radar, and Autumn Rhythm–before heading to the UK with OFF!. All dates and tickets here. Check out recent single “Oligarchy”:
WILLIAM TYLER & THE IMPOSSIBLE TRUTH
