Soul Glo announce tour (including NYC w/ ELUCID, Philly w/ 7Seconds & more)
Philly punks Soul Glo are fresh off releasing their great, boundary-pushing new album Diaspora Problems on Epitaph/Secret Voice, and now they've announced a May tour supporting it, surrounding their appearance at Austin festival Oblivion Access. They also play Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in their hometown this June, and they've got a couple other very cool shows happening on either side of the tour.
This Sunday (4/10), they open the last-minute 7Seconds / Negative Approach show in Philly (one day after those two bands play NYC), and Soul Glo will come to NYC to open Armand Hammer member ELUCID's album release show on June 16 at Mercury Lounge. That show also includes Bonnie Baxter, Fatboi Sharif, DJ Haram, and special guests. Tickets are on sale now. They've also got a Hard Times-presented Cali show next week.
The other half of Armand Hammer, billy woods, also just released a great new album today and has his own NYC release show coming up.
