Quelle Chris announces new album ‘DEATHFAME,’ shares new song
Detroit underground rap staple Quelle Chris has announced a new album, DEATHFAME, due May 13 via Mello Music Group (pre-order). It features appearances by Navy Blue, Pink Siifu, Denmark Vessey, Cavalier, J Jig Cicero, and Moruf, and was largely produced by Quelle Chris himself, with contributions from Chris Keys on multiple tracks and Knxwledge on one track.
The first single is the Chris Keys-produced "Alive Ain't Always Living," which finds Quelle Chris delivering laid-back tongue-twisters over a crackling, vintage-style soul/jazz backdrop. Listen below.
