‘Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana’: Bad Bunny Announces Fifth Studio Album

The record will arrive on Oct. 13

For Bad Bunny, 2023 was supposed to be a low-key year. In his recent Rolling Stone cover story, he shared, “I don’t know if maybe I’ll release a song [this year] if I like it enough, but I don’t think so. I said this year was for resting.” Then he started teasing music on a WhatsApp channel — first came “Where She Goes,” with his most recent release, “Un Preview,” following a few months later. Needless to say, he doesn’t do low-key well. The Puerto Rican star has confirmed the release of another full-length album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana, arriving Oct. 13.

On Monday, Bad Bunny shared a cinematic teaser trailer on Instagram, writing: “El día más esperado por muchos ya llegó…,” or “The most awaited day for many has arrived.” In the clip, he cruises in the back seat of a car, lighting a cigar and exiting to a swarm of photographers. When he steps into a quiet restaurant — Carbone, the Italian hot spot in New York — it’s with the magnetism of a star of his caliber. Heads turn, wine glasses are set down, and disbelief settles across the room. “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana,” one of the final stills of the video reads.

Last night, Bad Bunny seemed to tease the track list for the record on Twitter, but it was truly a tease: a list of 22 songs all denoted as “FUEGO.” He also updated his bio to read: “Nadie sabe…” The album will mark his fifth full-length studio release. His previous record, Un Verano Sin Ti, arrived last year and took home a Grammy Award for Best Música Urbana Album, in addition to being nominated for Album of the Year.

Bad Bunny will serve as host and musical guest on the Oct. 21 episode of Saturday Night Live.
