Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty was arrested earlier this week for failing to register as a sex fender in the state California.
Considering Meek Mill was once romantically linked to the self-proclaimed Queen Rap, the incident would appear to give him the perfect opportunity to rub it in Petty’s face, especially after Meek and Nicki’s massive social media blow up last month. But on Wednesday (March 4), Meek made it clear he wouldn’t be participating in anything the sort.
“You won’t never see me liking something about somebody catching a case,” he tweeted. “I just wouldn’t say nothing! End that.”

Meek is all too familiar with the injustices within the criminal justice system. In November 2017, he was sentenced to two to four years behind bars for a probation violation, which many deemed harsh. The situation exposed several allegedly dirty cops in his hometown Philadelphia, including the ficer who originally arrested Meek.
It also uncovered Judge Genece Brinkley’s perceived personal bias against the Roc Nation rapper.
Since then, he’s stepped up with JAY-Z and Roc Nation to work with organizations such as REFORM, which vows, “we won’t stop until we’ve changed the laws, policies, and practices that perpetuate the horrific injustice we are seeing in America.”
