Kendrick Lamar announces new album ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’

Kendrick Lamar's last album, DAMN., came out in 2017, and needless to say, we've been highly anticipating its follow up. On Monday (4/18), he quoted a tweet from @raptalksk reading "Kendrick Lamar is officially retired," with a link to his oklama.com website. That site displays a press release from pgLang (which Kendrick's twitter bio lists him as the founder of) announcing that his new album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, will be out May 13!

"All factual information for this release will come directly from this source only," the release continues. It says it comes "from the desk of oklama."

Kendrick also posted on oklama.com back in August, when he shared a statement saying his next album would be his last for TDE. He's since guested on Baby Keem's "Family Ties," (which the pair won the Best Rap Performance Grammy for) and performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show and at Day N Vegas.

Stay tuned for more details.
