Gucci Mane wasn’t feeling very forgiving on Easter Sunday (April 12). Guwop woke up and delivered a harsh message Twitter on Sunday morning, sharing a desire for his haters to die from COVID-19.

Gucci’s extreme prayer didn’t receive a warm reception. Most the responses to his tweet were critical, including a disappointed reaction from former UFC fighter Gerald Harris.
“Man you need some online church services and a hug,” Harris wrote. “This is the worst timed tweet ever. There are people actually mourning the loss loved ones now, due to the virus. Bad move big homie…”

COVID-19 has disrupted the lives people around the world and led to thousands deaths.
In the United States alone, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports 20,486 deaths as April 12.
The Hip Hop community hasn’t been spared from the coronavirus either as notable artists such as Scarface, Slim Thug and Fred The Godson tested positive for COVID-19. In response to the pandemic, many rappers have been donating money and supplies to the relief efforts.
