Fred again.. returned to NYC on Thursday night (2/8) for his first show here since his three-night run at Forest Hills Stadium in October. This time he played the considerably smaller (3,000 capacity vs 13,000 capacity) Knockdown Center, and unsurprisingly it sold out instantly. Overmono and AceMoMA were on the bill too, and Lil Yachty made a surprise appearance, joining Fred onstage. The Knockdown Center show came almost exactly a year after Fred did a series of surprise NYC shows with Skrillex and Four Tet in 2023, including stops at Good Room, Le Poisson Rouge, and a school bus in Times Square, leading up to a set at Madison Square Garden.

Fred’s only upcoming North American date right now is at Bonnaroo, and he has festival dates in the UK and Europe scheduled after that.
