Danny Brown played Irving Plaza with Bruiser Wolf & Hook (pics)
Danny Brown had one of the best years of his career so far in 2023, releasing not one but two fantastic albums — Scaring the Hoes with JPEGMAFIA, and his own Quaranta. Having toured with JPEGMAFIA over the summer, he’s now on a spring run, and stopped in NYC on Saturday (3/16) for a show at Irving Plaza. Much of his set pulled from Quaranta, including “Y.B.P.,” which he brought out opener Bruiser Wolf (whose great new album My Story Got Stories is out via Brown’s own Bruiser Brigade label) for. He also played a few Scaring the Hoes tracks, including the title track, and some older material.
