Snoop Dogg responds to Kendrick Lamar calling him out on new album: “It was the edibles”
On the opening track of his surprise new album GNX (“Wacced Out Murals”), Kendrick Lamar calls Snoop Dogg out for the time he positively shared “Taylor Made,” Drake‘s Kendrick diss track that uses AI to replicate the voices of Snoop and Tupac, and now Snoop himself has responded.
“Snoop posted ‘Taylor Made,’ I prayed it was the edibles,” Kendrick raps, and in a tweet applauding the album, Snoop says “it was the edibles” and calls Kendrick “west west king.”

Kendrick also calls Lil Wayne out in that same verse. Will Wayne reply soon too?
Meanwhile, Snoop is gearing up to release Missionary, his first album since 1993’s Doggystyle entirely produced by his longtime collaborator Dr. Dre, who’s also long been a mentor to Kendrick.
