“I had a very complicated relationship with President Trump,” Fauci spoke of the chapter titled “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” during an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. “In the very beginning we got along very well. Fauci recently testified about his involvement in the pandemic response at a House Oversight Committee hearing, but was quickly derailed when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.). Green refused to address Fauci as a doctor, and refused to allow him to answer any questions.
