Irish Eurovision entry Bambie Thug announces 2024 UK and European tour: ‘Crown The Witch’
Bambie Thug, this year’s Irish Eurovision entry, has announced a 2024 UK and European ‘Crown The Witch’ tour.
Bambie, who placed 6th in this year’s competition with their showstopping performance of ‘Doomsday Blue’, is now set to tour around the UK and Europe.
They will kick off at Brighton’s Chalk in August, before making their way through Manchester’s Gorilla, Glasgow’s King Tuts and London’s Heaven in September. Bambie is also due to visit cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin and Stockholm. They’ll finally wrap up with a hometown show at Cork’s City Hall on November 7.
Speaking about their upcoming tour, Bambie said: “So excited to bring Ouija Pop to so many countries on my first ever headline run with ‘Crown The Witch Tour’. Expect magic, music and more. Look forward to welcoming you into the coven x”

Bambie, who is also set to play the main stage of Download Festival this year, spoke to NME in May about their upcoming slot, calling it “mental”.
“I can’t wait,” they told NME. “After Eurovision I was like, ‘I’m going to be so bored’. Then I realised I only have a few weeks before Download, so it’s not going to stop,” they said. “It feels even better because obviously I have bits in my music that are metal, but I cross a lot of genres.
“To be given that opportunity again on another amazing platform when I do not fit into the standard box of what you would expect there is incredible. I’m super grateful – I’m going to be waking everyone up!”
In other news, Bambie Thug has accused Eurovision organisers of “not supporting them” amidst Israel commentator controversy.
