In the midst of the Kendrick Lamar/Drake beef Macklemore dropped a diss track of his own, but his is aimed at Palestine, Joe Biden, the police that have been breaking up pro-Palestine protests, and anyone else supporting Israel’s attacks against Palestine. “I want a ceasefire, fuck a response from Drake,” he raps. The song is called “Hind’s Hall,” named after Columbia University’s Hamilton Hall, which protesters renamed Hind’s Hall in honor of Hind Rajab, a 6-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The song is only currently up on Macklemore’s Twitter, but he says he’ll be donating all proceeds to UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) once it’s on streaming services.

Tom Morello praised the song, saying, “Honestly @macklemore’s ‘Hind’s Hall’ is the most Rage Against The Machine song since Rage Against The Machine.”
