Busta Rhymes announced a tour for his 2023 album Blockbusta last year, set to start on March 13 in San Francisco. Now, as USA Today points out, the trek has been cancelled, a week before it was set to begin. There’s been no statement from Busta or reason given, but the shows are listed on Ticketmaster as cancelled, with the message, “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.” See the cancelled dates below.

Busta had been out with 50 Cent in 2023, and he performed at a Los Angeles pre-Grammys event celebrating Mariah Carey and Lenny Kravitz early in February, and a Washington DC RIAA and Spotify event later in the month.
