Benny the Butcher sets release date for Def Jam debut, shares song ft. Stove God Cooks & Hit-Boy

Benny the Butcher has set a release date for his Def Jam debut, Everybody Can’t Go: January 26. Along with the announcement comes new single “One Foot In,” which has a beat from Hit-Boy and a guest verse from Stove God Cooks, and everyone’s in top form on this one. It’s gritty and gleaming all at once, with a hook you’ll be humming after one listen and verses from Benny and Stove God that find them going as hard as ever. It feels like it could’ve come out of that late ’90s / early 2000s era when rappers were mixing street smarts with pop appeal, and it sounds fresh in 2023 too. Listen and watch the video below.

The 12-song tracklist is still under wraps for now, but Benny did confirm that the album will feature his recent Lil Wayne-featuring single “Big Dog,” and the video for that one is below too. Pre-order/pre-save Everybody Can’t Go here.
