NONAME

Fresh off her great new album Sundial, Noname has announced more tour dates and rearranged others. Originally she was going to play NYC’s Terminal 5 on October 19 but she will now play Brooklyn Steel on November 27. All dates are here.

M83

M83 have a few West Coast dates coming up in October, hitting Tacoma, Eugene, Saratoga, Los Angeles, Del Mar and Las Vegas before heading to Austin for ACL Fest‘s second weekend. In anticipation, they’ve shared this ‘Fantasy Tour Archive’ video compiled from their last tour.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN

After postponing his September shows, Bruce is taking his doctor’s advice and sitting out the rest of 2023.

PATTI SMITH

Patti Smith has added a few more tour dates to her birthday week schedule, including Chicago and a second night at Brooklyn Steel.

NEIL HAMBURGER

America’s funnyman Neil Hamburger will be on tour with his new album Seasonal Depression Suite — where he sings alongside Bonnie Prince Billy, Neil Finn, Bow Wow Wow’s Annabella Lwin, and more — with stops in Athens, Chattanooga, Savannah, Brooklyn (The Bell House on 11/15), San Diego, and more. NICK OFFERMAN

Actor, comedian and woodworker Nick Offerman is on tour now and has also added a few book events for the paperback edition of Where the Deer and the Antelope Play.

ROBERT GLASPER

Robert Glasper has his fifth annual “Robtober” residency running through October and into November at Blue Note Jazz Club, and while that’s happening, he’s announced an NYC Halloween show featuring Common and Musiq Soulchild.

MARC RIBOT SCORES CHAPLIN’S ‘THE KID’

Guitarist Marc Ribot will be taking his score for Charlie Chaplin’s classic, The Kid, along with the film itself for a few solo guitar live-score-to-screen dates, hitting Fairfield, CT and Portland, ME this weekend and Florida stops in Gainesville and Orlandao in November. He’ll be out with Ceramic Dog, too, including dates with The Bad Plus before wrapping things up at Brooklyn’s Public Records on 10/24. All dates are here.

JOHNNY MARR

Johnny Marr‘s new book about his guitar collection, Marr’s Guitars, will be out October 17 via Harper Design, and he’ll be talking about it at special events in NYC and LA right after it’s released.

SPIRITUAL CRAMP

San Francisco post-punks Spiritual Cramp have added more shows to their busy touring schedule, including a headline Brooklyn show, dates with Teenage Wrist, Militarie Gun, and more.

DEBBY FRIDAY

DEBBY FRIDAY just won the 2023 Polaris Prize for her great album GOOD LUCK, and she’s got a few tour dates left for the year, including Chicago’s Sactum Festival in October, Pitchfork London, in November, and Tonoronto and Montreal shows in December. She’s also got a new single, “Let U In”:

PACKS (DATES WITH GEESE, SLOW PULP)

Toronto’s PACKS just announced their second album in less than a year, and they’ll be on tour starting Saturday (9/30) at Union Pool in Brooklyn, and then DC on Sunday — both shows with Tomato Flower — before hooking up with Geese. They’ve also got other headline North American shows as well as UK/EU dates with Slow Pulp.
