Lil Yachty Is Nagging Donald Glover For A Role On "Atlanta"

Lil Yachty wants to follow in the footsteps Migos and make his television debut a grand one, on FX’s Atlanta. According to an brief interview he gave TMZ, Lil Yachty has been annoying the hell out Donald Glover at every given opportunity. Yachty states that he primed for his debut in season one, but for some reason, the story line fell through and they were back to square one, without a paddle. Yachty claimed “he had sh** to do,” and may have blown his one chance to get in on the fun.

Yachty told TMZ he’d to play anything at all, save for a “rapper,” something he performs on the daily. He’d like to play a quote-unquote play an “irregular” character like a crack addict, a goon, or an oddball. The field reporter suggested he was better suited to play somebody’s love interest, but that’s about when the interview tapered f, and perhaps with good reason.

Yachty was attending the Fortnite Pro-Am tournament on Tuesday when he first caught wind that Atlanta had been extended for a 3rd season. The 2nd season came to a close with Donald Glover’s character “Earn” fleeing the country with a bunch uncertainty loped over his chest. Hopefully Yachty finds a fit somewhere down the line.
