LeBron James-Produced "Million Dollar Mile" Show Picked Up By CBS

Less than 24 hours after Showtime announced a LeBron James-produced docu-series titled “Shut Up And Dribble,” comes news of another LeBron-produced show that has been picked up by CBS.

According to Deadline, CBS has ordered “Million Dollar Mile,” a 10-episode competition series from LeBron and Maverick Carter’s Springhill Entertainment, Big Brother producer Fly on the Wall Entertainment and Warner Horizon Unscripted & Alternative Television. The logline for the show states, “physical and mental toughness will be tested like never before–with an opportunity to change their lives forever.”

In “Million Dollar Mile,” the streets of a major city are shut down and the Million Dollar Mile course goes in its place. Contestants will have the chance to win $1,000,000 every time they run the Million Dollar Mile, but the gruelling course and a group of elite athletes will be waiting to stop the contestants from winning the grand prize.
